This your opportunity as the owner to simply ask what is going on, then transfer that into black and white along with your expectations and a timeline for achievement.

This is your opportunity as an employee, to specifically state what you see as a problem and offer your solutions as well as to support what is going right.

Remember, you are both in this for a goal of a thriving, competitive business which is a great place to work.
